The Legal Eagles Program, developed in 2001, by Mark A. Falvo, Esq. of the Young Lawyers of the Clearfield County Bar Association, and then-President of Clearfield County Crimestoppers and the Sheriff's Office of Clearfield County, has received various citations and awards from the State House of Representatives, the State Senate, the Governor of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Secret Service, the United States Senate and House of Representatives, cited by the Congressional Record and from the Office of the President of the United States, by both President William J. Clinton and President George W. Bush. He has also been received the President's Award for Extraordinary Accomplishment from the Pennslyvania Council of Social Studies. The citations, commend Mark A. Falvo, Esq. of the Young Lawyers of the Clearfield Bar Association, and then-President of the Clearfield County Crimestoppers and the Sherriff's Office of Clearfield County for their dedication for teaching students about civic responsibility and cultural awareness. Also, the State Corrections Officers Association has recognized and honored Mark A. Falvo, Esq. and IS an integeral part and an inportant part of the Legal Eagles with their support.
